1. I understand that I must book and pay the registration fee prior to my arrival at Australian Style Institute’s event or training at the chosen venue.
2. I agree that I must notify Australian Style Institute in writing, by email to admin@australianstyleinstitute.com.au to cancel my registration. Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the first day of the event or training will receive a refund of fees less an administration charge of 10%. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event or training, as well as ‘no shows’, are liable for the full registration fee. Participants must make sure they receive an acknowledgement of their cancellation from Australian Style Institute’s Office. Only this will confirm that their cancellation request has been received and processed.
3. I understand that Australian Style Institute reserves the right to amend any part of the short course or event content if necessary at any time.
4. I agree that Australian Style Institute will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by myself or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to my personal property as a result of the training or event.
5. I acknowledge that in the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, Australian Style Institute accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by myself.
6. I understand that Australian Style Institute cannot be responsible for my healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its training or events.
7. I acknowledge that as a participant of an Australian Style Institute event or training I am provided with Australian Style Institute materials in various media forms and I will use all them with respect of copyright laws and with regard to Australian Style Institute's Intellectual Property. I will obtain permission by Australian Style Institute to reproduce any of its material.
8. I acknowledge that Australian Style Institute is trading under the name Australian Style Institute Pty Ltd. I will make payments to, and be invoiced by Australian Style Institute.
